LIVE WEB PRESENTATIONS

After many requests, you will be happy to know that
we will hopefully be introducing live web presentations
to our marketing resources next week.

These presentations are designed to help your prospects
obtain a better understanding of the RT system and show
them how they can easily reap the rewards and benefits
we have to offer.

Initially, we will offer 3 presentations per week, but,
if the demand for more is there, we will look into
increasing these.

We encourage you to attend one of these presentations
to re-acquaint yourself with the power of the system
and the potential for perpetual payments of $6,000
over and over again.

SYSTEM DEVELOPMENTS
=====================

AUTOMATION
We have been working very hard on a system that will
fully automate the RT site and we are making great
progress... sometime next week we will implement the
new system.

NEW SERVER
Also, next week, due to the continued growth we are
experiencing, we will be moving the RT site to a more
powerful dedicated server. This is a necessity and
hopefully the transfer will go smoothly and not cause
too much disruption.

TALKING PEOPLE
In the next few weeks we will be adding a new feature
to the RT Home, Details and a Lead Capture page. Real
people talking to your prospects as they visit your
site. This is very similar to what Clubfreedom already
has on their site, but with a slight difference...
these talking people will also do sign language for
our deaf friends and their prospects!

CLUBFREEDOM FORWARDER
As you are probably aware CF added a forwarder onto
their system a week or so ago... so you could say
where your sign ups go. You will be glad to know
that we have updated our system to interact with
the forwarder - So all you need to do is set your
Clubfreedom_ID field at RT to the CF position that
has the forwarder on and control your sign ups via
your CF forwarder.

NEW OFFICES
=============

Within the next few weeks Clubfreedom will be opening
two new offices, one in India and the other in the
Phillipines...

The good news is that RT will also share these offices,
so anyone who cannot afford the $200 to join CF, but
can afford $65 will be able to participate in this
breathtaking opportunity by joining via the RT system.

FANTASTIC NEW FEATURES IN YOUR MEMBERS AREA
TO HELP YOU BUILD YOUR BUSINESS!


FORWARDING SYSTEM

We are proud to announce that we have installed our much anticipated Forwarding system in our members area. This system allows you to have more control over your positions, allowing you to send signups to many different positions by advertising only 1 Clubfreedom link.

Here's an example of how it works...

Jane has 4 positions: jane1, jane2, jane3 and jane4
(These are example usernames only and are not a reflection of an actual member)

If Jane wants to get signups under all 4 of her positions, she can either advertise all 4 of her links, or she can just advertise her 'jane1' link and log into her jane1 account to set up her forwarding as follows:

Jane logs in to her 'jane1' account and clicks "Forwarding" from the main menu. She then adds her usernames into the list:

1. jane1
2. jane2
3. jane3
4. jane4

Then next to each username, under # Signups, she enters the number of signups each position should recieve before moving to the next position. In this case, let's say she enters 1 for jane1, but enters 2 for jane2, jane3 and jane4, so the list looks like this:

1. jane1 1
2. jane2 2
3. jane3 2
4. jane4 2

She then clicks "Save Changes" and is shown the list of usernames she just entered, with boxes next to each username showing which position her next signup will be given to.

Now every time she promotes Clubfreedom, she only tells people about her 'jane1' link, knowing that all 4 of her positions will receive signups from this.

When she gets her first signup after setting up her forwarding, the first person goes to her jane1 link and signs up. The system recognises that jane1 has forwarding set up on her account and it looks in her forwarding list to see which username should become this new member's sponsor. In Jane's case, her first signup just goes under her 'jane1' position and she can see this in her downline under 'jane1'.

However, when she gets another signup, the second person also goes to her jane1 link, but this time when the forwarder checks her list, it sees that jane1 has already been given the number of signups that Jane told it to give to 'jane1', so this second person actually gets placed under 'jane2', even though he went to the Clubfreedom link for 'jane1'.

This will continue like this all the way down her forwarding list until finally 'jane4' has it's second signup. After this, the forwarder will start at the top of the list again, giving the next signup to 'jane1' and so on.

In the above example, Jane used the forwarder to control her signups by giving her positions a more evenly balanced share of the signups than if she had tried to advertise 4 different Clubfreedom links.

Also note that in this example, Jane only forwarded her signups to her own positions, but you are perfectly free to forward your signups to any username you wish, even if you do not own that username.

(On that note, you will need to type the list of usernames very carefully, because you don't want to accidentally forward one of your signups to someone you don't know!).

ADDITIONAL LANGUAGES

We now have our site in two additional languages: Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. You can view the site in these languages by clicking on the relevant flag at the top of the site.

You can also set these as your default languages, by using the option on the 'Account Settings' page in your members area.

For example, if you set your default home page language to Simplified Chinese, visitors to your site will automatically be shown that language when they go to your personal Clubfreedom link (Of course they will still be able to view it in English or other language if they wish, by clicking on one of the flags at the top of the page).

More languages are on the way very soon.

NEW OPTIONS IN ACCOUNT SETTINGS PAGE

* Forwarding
The forwarding page has now been added to the list of pages that you can set as the default for showing when you log in to your members area.


* Show full name on messages
Usually, when members send a message to another member using the Clubfreedom Messaging system, their full name as well as their username is shown to the recipient. Now you have the option to switch this off so that recipient will only see your username. You can change this option under "Show my full name when sending messages". This option has been moved from the Display heading to a new heading called "Privacy".


* Default languages
The two new languages that we have added are now in the list of languages that you are able to set as your defaults for your home page and members area.

NEW FIELDS ON THE SIGNUP PAGE

* Wallet password
There is now a new field on the signup page for your 'Wallet password'. This is optional and is provided for members who want their wallet to be created with a different password to their Clubfreedom account once they cycle. If you leave this blank, we will simply create your wallet with the same password as your Clubfreedom account.


* Security Question and Answer
In the interest of greater security we are now requiring new members to enter a security question and answer when they create their account. This will be used to help us identify you as the account owner if we need to.

THE MARKETING PLAN (PDF FORMAT)

For those members who have been unable to view the PDF marketing plan, we have updated the link on the Advertising Resources page so the 'garbled text' problem that some members had should be no longer an issue.

CLUBFREEDOMTOOLS.COM

We would like to stress that the tools site listed under 'Marketing Leads and Tools' on the Advertising Resources page is not run by Clubfreedom, but is run by an independant company and is merely recommended by us as an optional tool to promote your Clubfreedom site.

Our support staff are not trained to help you with their site. You may need to contact support@clubfreedomtools.com directly if you need support for their site.


EMAIL NOTIFICATION OF MESSAGES

If you have this checkbox ticked, when you receive a message from the internal Clubfreedom messaging system, you will also receive an email telling you that you have a new message waiting.

Please note however that this is currently only set up to work if the sender sends their message to only one recipient at a time. (i.e. It will not send out any notification emails if a member chooses to message all of their direct referrals or entire downline.)

Indian Office Update !!

We have pleasure in congratulating our Indian family members for having their brand new back office facility dedicated to their own country. India has now a country office of clubfreedom.biz. The name of Indian entity is… freedom club holidays pvt ltd, and is located in the most happening city of Bangalore, in south of India. The company has been registered as on 14th of February, and is in the process of getting operational.

You will shortly find the copy of our registration certificate on our website.

Staffing has been started for key personnel, who will provide back office support, voice as well as non-voice. For the benefit of the Indian business associates we shall have al least two or three vernacular languages spoken by your back office support personnel.

Clubfreedom.biz is committed to long term interest in India, and would go by the rules of the land for a continued growth and ethical business operation. Many of you may have experienced in the past, some difficulties while paying for your product pack. We are pleased to announce our ongoing discussion and process to setup a payment gateway for Indian rupees payment via various payment options. We expect such payment gateway to take a little while more before it becomes operational, and shall make appropriate announcement, once the happening moment arrives. We anticipate about ten days for this to be ready.

Such operation will help us operate the business in Indian rupees and we shall be governed by the tax laws of the country. All payments will be subjected to Indian tax rules, as applicable and shall contribute to the national exchequer as a law abiding company.

All of above also sets in the process for enumerating and putting in place, the rules of the business, and do’s and don’ts for our business associates in India.
Consequently, we have hired best of the solicitor’s services, for backing us for all our such legal requirements, and a better understanding of the law of the land. We will put in place an agreement with our business associates, which have to be signed while signing up for the club membership.

With so much happening on the Indian scene, we are also committed to put in place an India centric website, which shall become operation in some more time to come. The work on such India centric website has already started. Furthermore, in times to come, we shall develop more product and services dedicated to the website.

In line with our central motto of travel and travel related products and services, we are also happy to announce the kick start of the process for setting up a dedicated travel service, who will specially look after the needs of Indian business associates and develop and provide for them exciting new products and services, centric to Indian needs and requirements. This travel service will be located in India and shall become instrumental in establishing a satisfying growth process.

We are also very much aware of the concerns expressed by our experienced leaders, regarding the emerging competition in the markets in India. We respect the needs and thoughts of our leaders in India and have received a lot of inputs on the subject matter.

We have also set in motion a process to evaluate the possibilities and are evaluating possible developments, keeping in line with our global commitments.

We appeal to our leaders in India to remain focused, not get swayed by short term distractions, and assure them of a globally competitive business environment.

What we intend to put in place is a solution, which shall provide our leaders some kind of residual income, and benefit from the business groups that they have put in place, for all times to come. Such Endeavour has to be builtup keeping in mind various guidelines and requirement by global affiliate bodies of the industry, and such norms have to be integrated in such solutions that we desire to put in place for the benefit of our business leaders in India.

Finally, we would like to thank our Indian business associates, for their warm hearted welcome to Mr. Ronald Litherland on his recent visit to India. He is overwhelmed by the enormity and warmth of the country and the people. He is very much encouraged by the response of the leaders there and have developed a huge respect for his extended Indian family.

NEW ACCOUNT SETTINGS PAGE

For those of you who would like to customize your Clubfreedom website more to your liking, you can now set various options in the 'Account Settings' page in the members area.

Currently, the options on this page include:

* Email whenever you get a new referral
* Email whenever a new referral pays for their position
* When you log in, display a certain page (e.g. View Boards)
* Positioning of "Today's new members" scroll on your home page. You can set this to near the top or near the bottom.
* Display full name on sign up page. This is on by default. For those members who do not wish to have their full name displayed on their signup page, please login and uncheck the box next to this option.

CHANGES TO EDIT PROFILE PAGE

Recently we have had security issues surrounding the changing of email addresses, so we stopped our members from changing their email address on the Edit Profile page. We have now resolved these security issues however so once again you may change your email address without asking Support.

NEW BOARD-SPLITTING TUTORIAL

There is now a new tutorial in your members area which helps explain how the boards split. It is an interactive tutorial where you can set up an example board with different qualifier scenarios and then it will show you how the board would split.

The graphics in the tutorial reflect what the main boards look like, but main boards split the same way feeder boards do, so the tutorial can also be used to learn how the feeder boards work.

You can access this new tutorial by clicking the link at the bottom of the 'View Boards' page (It says 'Click here for an interactive tutorial').

VIEW PENDING SIGNUPS

You can now see a list of people who have signed up under you, but have not yet paid for their position. This is helpful if you want to give them a follow up phone call or email to see if you can help them in any way.

You can access this contact list by selecting 'View Downline' from the main menu, then clicking 'View Pending Signups'.

NEW STREAMING VIDEO ON HOME PAGE AND TRAVEL PLAN PAGE

If you haven't seen the streaming video yet, go to your home page and check it out. There is also streaming video on the travel plan page, as well as pictures from actual resorts that are available through our travel partner, WLH.

Good News for Indians

Very Good news for Indians. Club Freedom is going to open office in India.

Till such time that they start the Indian operation, they will allow Indian Business Associates to prepare Draft in Indian Rupees for Rupees Nine thousand Only, favouring in the name of Indian Company Name of the company, in Indian Rupees and send it to the designated Indian Address. All such related details shall be made avilable to Associates by first week of February 2007.

As a result, Business Associates who will promote the Clubfreedom Membership, shall be paid appropriate commissions in Indian Rupees only, after due Tax Deduction at Source, as per I T Act, India.

So from First Week of February 2007, Indians can send Draft in Indian Rupees.
