FORWARDING SYSTEM

We are proud to announce that we have installed our much anticipated Forwarding system in our members area. This system allows you to have more control over your positions, allowing you to send signups to many different positions by advertising only 1 Clubfreedom link.

Here's an example of how it works...

Jane has 4 positions: jane1, jane2, jane3 and jane4
(These are example usernames only and are not a reflection of an actual member)

If Jane wants to get signups under all 4 of her positions, she can either advertise all 4 of her links, or she can just advertise her 'jane1' link and log into her jane1 account to set up her forwarding as follows:

Jane logs in to her 'jane1' account and clicks "Forwarding" from the main menu. She then adds her usernames into the list:

1. jane1
2. jane2
3. jane3
4. jane4

Then next to each username, under # Signups, she enters the number of signups each position should recieve before moving to the next position. In this case, let's say she enters 1 for jane1, but enters 2 for jane2, jane3 and jane4, so the list looks like this:

1. jane1 1
2. jane2 2
3. jane3 2
4. jane4 2

She then clicks "Save Changes" and is shown the list of usernames she just entered, with boxes next to each username showing which position her next signup will be given to.

Now every time she promotes Clubfreedom, she only tells people about her 'jane1' link, knowing that all 4 of her positions will receive signups from this.

When she gets her first signup after setting up her forwarding, the first person goes to her jane1 link and signs up. The system recognises that jane1 has forwarding set up on her account and it looks in her forwarding list to see which username should become this new member's sponsor. In Jane's case, her first signup just goes under her 'jane1' position and she can see this in her downline under 'jane1'.

However, when she gets another signup, the second person also goes to her jane1 link, but this time when the forwarder checks her list, it sees that jane1 has already been given the number of signups that Jane told it to give to 'jane1', so this second person actually gets placed under 'jane2', even though he went to the Clubfreedom link for 'jane1'.

This will continue like this all the way down her forwarding list until finally 'jane4' has it's second signup. After this, the forwarder will start at the top of the list again, giving the next signup to 'jane1' and so on.

In the above example, Jane used the forwarder to control her signups by giving her positions a more evenly balanced share of the signups than if she had tried to advertise 4 different Clubfreedom links.

Also note that in this example, Jane only forwarded her signups to her own positions, but you are perfectly free to forward your signups to any username you wish, even if you do not own that username.

(On that note, you will need to type the list of usernames very carefully, because you don't want to accidentally forward one of your signups to someone you don't know!).

ADDITIONAL LANGUAGES

We now have our site in two additional languages: Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. You can view the site in these languages by clicking on the relevant flag at the top of the site.

You can also set these as your default languages, by using the option on the 'Account Settings' page in your members area.

For example, if you set your default home page language to Simplified Chinese, visitors to your site will automatically be shown that language when they go to your personal Clubfreedom link (Of course they will still be able to view it in English or other language if they wish, by clicking on one of the flags at the top of the page).

More languages are on the way very soon.

NEW OPTIONS IN ACCOUNT SETTINGS PAGE

* Forwarding
The forwarding page has now been added to the list of pages that you can set as the default for showing when you log in to your members area.


* Show full name on messages
Usually, when members send a message to another member using the Clubfreedom Messaging system, their full name as well as their username is shown to the recipient. Now you have the option to switch this off so that recipient will only see your username. You can change this option under "Show my full name when sending messages". This option has been moved from the Display heading to a new heading called "Privacy".


* Default languages
The two new languages that we have added are now in the list of languages that you are able to set as your defaults for your home page and members area.

NEW FIELDS ON THE SIGNUP PAGE

* Wallet password
There is now a new field on the signup page for your 'Wallet password'. This is optional and is provided for members who want their wallet to be created with a different password to their Clubfreedom account once they cycle. If you leave this blank, we will simply create your wallet with the same password as your Clubfreedom account.


* Security Question and Answer
In the interest of greater security we are now requiring new members to enter a security question and answer when they create their account. This will be used to help us identify you as the account owner if we need to.

THE MARKETING PLAN (PDF FORMAT)

For those members who have been unable to view the PDF marketing plan, we have updated the link on the Advertising Resources page so the 'garbled text' problem that some members had should be no longer an issue.

CLUBFREEDOMTOOLS.COM

We would like to stress that the tools site listed under 'Marketing Leads and Tools' on the Advertising Resources page is not run by Clubfreedom, but is run by an independant company and is merely recommended by us as an optional tool to promote your Clubfreedom site.

Our support staff are not trained to help you with their site. You may need to contact support@clubfreedomtools.com directly if you need support for their site.


EMAIL NOTIFICATION OF MESSAGES

If you have this checkbox ticked, when you receive a message from the internal Clubfreedom messaging system, you will also receive an email telling you that you have a new message waiting.

Please note however that this is currently only set up to work if the sender sends their message to only one recipient at a time. (i.e. It will not send out any notification emails if a member chooses to message all of their direct referrals or entire downline.)
